Slideshare.net - The Next Best Thing…

Nowadays I have been experimenting with slideshare.net and I can say that I’m pretty much satisfied with the results. I mean, almost 85% of my slides is at page 1 of Google for their respective keywords.

Traffic wise, same like other free traffic generation method, it is still a numbers game. To be honest with you, I got an average of 10 views per day (and this is like a really bad slides) for the first week alone and the traffic will slowly dies off after that. So, let us do some calculation:

1 slides = 10 views per day

Lifespan = 1 week = 7 days

Total slide views = 10 X 7 = 70 views

Click to link = 10% X 70 = 7 free visitors to your site!

Hmmm… 7 clicks for 1 slides in a week. Too bad? Not really…it only take us less than 5 minutes to make the slides and let say we make 5 slides a day…

5 slides X 7 = 35 slides

35 slides X 7 clicks = 245 free visitors a week and that is equals to a cool 980 FREE visitors a month!

I don’t know about you but, 980 free visitors a month is good enough for me! Just to remind you that we spend less than half an hour a day and the site visitors all came from just 1 traffic generation method.

Ok guys, now let convert it to Adwords cost. Let say our bid is at 10 cents. Now, we already save $98 a month. Hell yeah, that’s a lot for some of us!

Am I Still A Newbie?

Hi guys,

Arrrgghhh.. my Twitter account got suspended for an unknown reason. I didn’t realized it until today because I was preparing to promote few product launches that will happening in November.

I have contacted their support team and now I just wait for their respond. Am I spamming? I guess so.. because that is the only reason that I can think of if anybody want to spam my account. LOL . Newbie mistake 101. Learned my lesson and will not do the same mistake again.

Guess what… now I have my own Internet Marketing student here in Singapore and Malaysia. Nope, I’m not doing a big seminar but a small hands on classes to people who wanted to learn about Internet Marketing. What I can do is share with people on the essence of Internet Marketing and why it is important for people especially with the current economy situation.

Lucky me…until now nobody have pulled out from the class. LOL. So I guess they have a good understanding on the subject.Will I have my own big Internet Marketing seminar? Maybe yes, maybe no.

Yes because who don’t want to have their own Internet Marketing seminar and show the world what we made of. And no because not in the near future. I still need to learn a lot of thing from Ewen and I suppose my online income now have yet to qualify me to become a speaker. Who want to listen to a guy that just earning few thousands dollar a month from Internet Marketing. I cannot go and do the sales pitch and tell them that they can be rich while I’m earning only few thousands dollar a month! Right?

Well, classes are different from seminar because the current student that I have actually asked me to teach them. I’m not advertising my service, just yet. So for the current student, good luck.. I will give everything that I have to them and to anybody who wants to learn Internet Marketing from me.

Guess I’m not a newbie anymore…LOL
